In Calcite we used to redirect http to https using a {{.htaccess}} file. Then I
see that [~zabetak] recently renamed that file to {{.asf.yaml}} (see
[1228dcc|https://github.com/apache/calcite-site/commit/1228dcc2bf1c1e4b396b55eb114a35b1193feefc]
and
[34c57ee|https://github.com/apache/calcite-site/commit/34c57eec69458ce1166c6f93e3a3b07e7fd99d61]).
So I presume there is a way to do it using {{.asf.yaml}}.
