The javascript generator does not follow the usual structure of web service
client generators of creating a 'port' object for each defined endpoint from
the WSDL. It expects the client application to have (and supply) the service
endpoint URL from some other source of information.
At least one user has asked for support for the 'believe the URL in the WSDL'
approach to the problem.
