The following classes have been moved to a new internal package in Java 6:
com.sun.xml.bind.marshaller.NamespacePrefixMapper;
com.sun.xml.bind.v2.ContextFactory;
com.sun.xml.bind.v2.runtime.JAXBContextImpl;
JAXBDataBinding has hard reference to them. It causes issues when running CXF
on Sun JDK 1.6.0_06
