Daniel Kulp resolved CXF-1194.
------------------------------
Resolution: Fixed
Fix Version/s: 2.1.3
2.0.9
Assignee: Daniel Kulp
Kind of "fixed". More like "hacked around". I now register a validation
event handler with JAXB. When the handler is called, I check if the element
is the last element that the marshaller had created an attachment for. If so,
I ignore the error and let it continue.

> Enabling mtom & schema validation for a jaws causes problems once
> xsd:base64Binary is encountered. It appears that the schema validation is
> applied to the mtom'd xml which will obviously fail schema validation. To my
> mind if schema-vallidation & mtom are enabled then schema validation should
> happen before the mtom step and not after.
