ConfigurationDomain and ConfigurationScope are unused properties in JCA ra.xml.
They should be removed from ra.xml. Their bean properties in code should be
deprecated and removed from the next major release. CXF should consider
deprecating LogLevel property in ra.xml and let users manage logging via
application server managing interface.
