Hi,
Because the CXF server is inherently synchronous, I think it is only reasonable
for the SMX-CXF-BC "JBI Consumer" to function as "application code" in this
context. The SMX BC that "wraps" CXF would do explicit continuations and expect
CXF to support handling continuation.suspend().
