The greeter_demo_improvements.patch file contains improvements to the greeter
demo. The following changes were not recorded as part of the patch calculation
for the greeter demo, but also need to be applied:
Delete files:
samples/greeter/impl/src/main/resources/OSGI-INF/cxf/intents/intent-map.xml
samples/greeter/impl/src/main/resources/OSGI-INF/remote-services/remote-services.xml
