Ok, I'll use mvn next time and watch out for the fomatting/style complaints.
Good point, I didn't think about other JDKs. I guess I should have done a
Class.forName(className), which uses the current classloader, and catch any
ClassNotFoundException. If the class isn't found, no need to check for
instanceof.
