Remove simple-pojo demo (temporarily) as its currently not supported

                 Key: CXF-1944
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CXF-1944
             Project: CXF
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Distributed-OSGi
            Reporter: David Bosschaert
            Assignee: David Bosschaert

The D-OSGi simple_pojo demo makes use of a way of interacting with the OSGi
Service Registry that's currently not supported.
Instead of using a ServiceListener or ServiceTracker, the demo polls the
BundleContext.getServiceReference(). Although technically allowed, it's not a
recommended approach in using OSGi Services.
This way of interacting will be supported in the future and is handled via the
RFC 126 FindHook. However, Felix does not yet implement this part of RFC 126.
Once supported by Felix a demo like this can be added back in.

BTW the DOSGi greeter demo is also very simple and suitable for people getting
familiar with DOSGi. The greeter demo uses a ServiceTracker and hence doesn't
have this problem.
