I also noticed that there is a non-passive change in the
org.apache.cxf.aegis.type.Type#writeSchema() method. In 2.1.3 and 2.1.4
accepts an org.jdom.Element, where as 2.1.5-SNAPSHOT accepts an
org.apache.ws.commons.schema.XmlSchemaElement
