The Ws Secure Converation X* tests as described in
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/cxf/sandbox/interopfest
branch are failing.
They need to be configured properly.
In addition the Ws Sec 10 client "MutualCertificate10SignEncrypt" test is
missing and needs to be fixed
