proxies not deleted when the bundle is stopped

When I stop a bundle which contains the remote-services.xml and then I restart
this bundle, new proxies are created for the remote services but the proxies
which was created the last time, when the bundle was started, have not been
deleted. So there are more proxies than it is necessary. And for each restart,
the number of proxies increases.
