My problem: The birthday 04.04.1978 on server side (Solaris, TZ MET) becomes
03.04.1978 23:00h on client side (Linux, TZ Europe/Berlin). This is caused by
different daylight saving times for the years 1977, 1978 and 1979.
To avoid the problem the timezone +01:00/ +02:00 should be omitted (optional as
per spec http://www.w3.org/TR/xmlschema-2/#date). I created a
TimezoneLessDateType for it.
