I'm attaching a patch for providing a XmlJavaTypeAdapterAnnotator that is added
to JavaMethod and JavaParameter instances when xsd:hexBinary is specified
(rpc/lit and doc/lit-bare).
Unfortunately this overlaps with the CXF-2147 patch, as some files are changed
by both of them. Basically this patch fixes both issues.
Please evaluate it. Thanks.
