AttachmentSerializer content id incorrect

In the writeHeaders method of AttachmentSerializer the attachment id is being
incorrectly set. When the attachment id is substring'd it is removing the last
2 characters when it should only be removing the last character. This generates
an attachment id that does not deserialize properly.
I have attached a patch that fixes this issue.
