Fix For: 2.2.3
When an operation can otherwise be unwrapped, -autoNameResolution flag is not
working to rename parts with different types.
Two issues:
1) The validator is not checking the flag so validation always fails.
2) If 1 is fixed, the part is marked INOUT, not OUT.
