ReplyDestinationName settings not used in JMSDestination

The JMSDestination.getReplyToDestination only looks at the incoming message for
a "rebased" reply to location or the actual JMS ReplyTo destination. It
doesn't use the configuration for the jndiReplyDestinationName or
jmsReplyDestinationName settings from the config. It should check the Message
first for the settings, and if not found, use the config settings.
