Sam,
What I can tell you for sure it that:
1: it now works with the simple front end in 2.3-SNAPSHOT.
2: it is very unlikely to be backported to the 2.0.x branch. I more or less
rewrote the relevant area after 2.0.
I honestly don't know if it works with JAX-WS in 2.3-SNAPSHOT, I don't suppose
you could try?
a backport to 2.2 is fairly likely.
