Fix Version/s: Invalid
Marking as won't fix. We now have a bunch of tests that test qualified and
unqualified things. Specifically, the change mentioned in this jira really
woudl be testing JAXB more than CXF which isn't really necessary (IMO) to be
done in CXF.
