Extend CXF to support the configuration of "TLS Certificate constraint
patterns" for clients and servers.
The goal is to be able to specify X.509 subject patterns that restrict details
of
a) client certificates
b) target server certificates
that are acceptable for a specific inbound or outbound connection attempt.
