The download page http://cxf.apache.org/download.html should have a link to the
KEYS file http://www.apache.org/dist/cxf/KEYS.
It would also be useful if there was a description of how to check sigs and
hashes.
For example, as is done by CouchDB: http://couchdb.apache.org/downloads.html -
see the end of the page.
