I wonder why IIS answers with "Length Required"
The issue can be closed the header is there!
I know is out of topic but I have a question related to headers:
I see you opened a bug CXF-2178.
Is possible to inject http headers like "Authentication" in a interceptor with
the method you show in the issue? If yes which is the latest usable phase fot
to do that?
