Currently the DSW doesn't replace localhost values in its URL with matching
external IPs. In the 1.1 version this was done by the discovery part but was
removed in the 1.2 version as the discovery should not change the URL's in the
EndpointDescriptions to be compatible with other DSW implementations which
might use a completely different format for the endpoint address. Therefore
this mechanism must be reimplemented in the DSW.
