CXFBusFactory should provides a option which could disable the setDefaultBus
action.

As we may deploy the multiple CXF service instance into the container like SMX
or Spring, and there could be more than one bus instance to use.
When we use the BusFactory to create the bus , we don't want BusFactory to set
the default bus which may pollute default bus.
