Created a helloworld with jaxb episodes and cxf-codegen-plugin. If episodes are
used with
<xjcarg>-b,${basedir}/src/main/resources/episodes/helloworld.episode</xjcarg>
then the codegen crashes. If episodes are not used the codegen succesfully
finishes.
