When I install the CXF Distributed OSGI bundle in Apache Felix it works until I
shutdown Felix and start it back up again. When I start Felix back up again,
the majority of bundles are not started and remain in the installed state. I
have tested with other versions of the JRE and CXF works in 1.5.0_17 and
1.6.0_05.
Also it doesn't work with JRE 1.6.0_16 and JRE 1.6.0_18.
