I apologize, the attached files do not fix this issue. I was actually
experiencing two different issues, once i applied this patch locally I still
ran into the same NPE on startup due to the proxy. I have opened CXF-2739 to
fix the databinding bug, and i am working on creating a test case for this
issue still.
