Schema redefine element does not have its schemaLocation rewritten

While the WSDLQueryHandler rewrites the urls for include and import elements,
it does not do so for redefines.

My issue was exactly the same, except that I am seeing this via the Mule CXF
Transport, which uses CXF 2.1.2.
