Currently it is impossible to define any custom TimeToLive value for Timestamp
generated by WS-SecurityPolicy - always default value - 300 seconds is used.
I suggest to add one more jaxws:property like for UsernameToken, Signature,
Encryption:
"ws-security.timestamp.timeToLive"
and read this value in AbstractBindingBuilder when Timestamp element is
creating (in protected WSSecTimestamp createTimestamp() )
if value for this property is specified - set custom timeToLive for calculating
<Expires/> value.
