org.apache.cxf.jms.testsuite.testcases.SOAPJMSTestSuite, and supporting WSDL
and server implementations should be updated to reflect the latest W3C
testcases.html in areas which CXF supports. SOAP 1.2 cases should be added, 2
new WSDL1.1 cases can be added. All fault cases should be added.
