When using dosgi property" org.apache.cxf.ws.httpservice.context" to export a
service, the endpoint is created but on the client side, the service generated
is null.
In org.apache.cxf.dosgi.dsw.handler.HttpServiceConfigurationTypeHandler, the
createProxy method is null.
