Sounds like a good idea, but I think we will have to follow the spring version
that the main CXF project itself it using. So if we can persuade them to move
to 3.0.x...
Besides that, I actually think that validation should also work local schemas
that are part of the distribution. I *think* all of the required schemas should
be somewhere in the jars and normally an XML parser can be instructed to look
at an alternative place in order to find these schemas...
