If non-null ReplyTo EPR has either None or Anonymous address then MAPAggregator
will replace it with a new ReplyTo EPR having an Anonymous address if no
alternative ReplyTo can be found from the decoupled Destination.
The net effect is that the reference parameters if any are lost during the
replacement
