Removal of Users section in side bar... moving around subsections.

Consider removal of the Users section in the CXF main page side bar as no other
SOA web site has this section.
Remove/reorganize:
Users
-- Resources and Articles (Move to 'Apache CXF') (Note: Apache CXF should be
renamed to Overview, for consistency with other projects).
-- FAQ (Move to 'renamed' Apache-CXF->Overview section)
-- Support (Move to new Community section)
-- User's Guide (Move to new Documentation section)
Note: Overview, Documentation, Developers section needs a tremendous amount of
refining... this is beyond me.
