The maven build process is unsuccessful when the cxf folders are subfolders of
a folder that contains a space.
That is, running "mvn install" against the following path works fine:
C:\_Stacks\_CXF\apache-cxf-2.3.0-src\apache-cxf-2.3.0-src\
However, running "mvn install" against the following path with a space in it
fails the build (notice the space between _Space and Stacks):
C:\_Space Stacks\_CXF\apache-cxf-2.3.0-src\apache-cxf-2.3.0-src\
