Should be a timing issue, which is not enough to let the converation complete ,
though I can never reproduce it on my machine(I run this test dozens of times)
with current waiting time.
I narrow the waiting time in verifyRetransmissionQueue.awaitMessage from 40000
to 1200, then I can see this error, I think this problem only happened on a
very busy slow machine.
I just commit to give more waiting time to avoid this failure
