When try to deploy cxf-http-osgi bundle in OSGi container, I get problem that
OsgiTransportFactory can't fully initialized which is caused by potential
circular reference.
Need refactor OsgiTransportFactory and cxf-extension-osgi.xml to keep it same
way as it in cxf-http-jetty
