Fix Version/s: NeedMoreInfo
I added a testcase for this in:
rt/frontend/jaxws/src/test/java/org/apache/cxf/jaxws/CodeFirstWSDLTest.java
and it passes fine. Can you create a more concrete example? Better yet,
update the test until it doesn't pass.
