If you set up a service with a bean with a DataHandler and the usual JAXB
annotation for mime type, but you don't enable MTOM, the server side will leak
bytes arrays like there is no tomorrow.
I have a project underway I hope to produce a test case for this, but i'm
filing this for the record.
