Hi Guys:
I'm noticing a bug when trying to read the value of a @FormParam variable
within a Resource Service. I've reported what I'm seeing on the mailing list:

I've also confirmed that this isn't related to CXF-3147.
I've filed OODT-118 to track this on the OODT end.
Any help would be appreciated.
