Update "description" elements in all CXF POM files.

When using the NetBeans IDE by hovering over an Apache CXF Maven project node,
project data is shown with the following default description element
information, "A Maven2 based project". This default is shown for all of the
projects, as the description elements have not been filled in.
An effort completing the "description" elements in all of the CXF related POM
files would be beneficial (for the user) in determining the purpose of each
'project' outside of what could be interpreted from the project name... whether
it's a sample project, utility, runtime, etc. and it's scope/focus, would be of
value.
