LogBrowser will let people check log files. However in some case people may
just want to get the actual file. Providing a JAX-RS resource which can serve
the individual log files may be a good alternative to:
- reading the files on the local system which may not be easy to get to
- pushing log entries to consoles
JAX-RS module might need to be enhanced for multipart/form-data writes be
supported for browsers...
