When running a full build after applying the patch, the system tests fail for
me with this, Tomasz are you getting fully successful builds?
Tests in error:
testAccessEndpoint
[felix](org.apache.cxf.dosgi.systests2.single.TestExportService)
testClientConsumer
[equinox](org.apache.cxf.dosgi.systests2.single.TestImportService)
Looking from the console messages it seems related to intents management, which
is what this change touches on...
