The distribution of CXF 2.4.1 is missing some of the jetty-* jars in the lib
dir in order to execute some of the samples (w/o maven)
Namely for the Java-First-Spring sample the jars jetty-xml, jetty-webapp and
jetty-servlet are missing in the lib folder.
