I'm really not sure what would cause this. I haven't seen it before.
However, looking at the JSR250BeanPostProcessor, I do see a potential issue of
looking up the "cxf" bean while creating the cxf bean which likely shouldn't be
allowed. I've fixed that. If that doesn't help, we'll likely need a testcase.
