AbstractEndpointFactory.getBus() will try to call the
BusFactory.getThreadDefaultBus() if the bus is null.
But in the CXF ServerFactoryBean the bus wiring code is like this

BeansException {
if (getBus() == null) {
setBus(BusWiringBeanFactoryPostProcessor.addDefaultBus(ctx));
}
}
