Aki Yoshida commented on CXF-2920:
----------------------------------
For non-jetty servlet, there is the activate method missing in the
corresponding Destination implementation (See o.a.c.t.h.jetty.JettyDestination
and its non-jetty variant o.a.c.t.h.servlet.ServletDestination).
I don't know how we can make tomcat to work. Any suggestion?

> When using CXF with servlet transport, JAX-WS services do not start correctly
> after they have been stopped by using JMX even though their status is
> "STARTED". They are reloaded correctly only when the entire WebModule is
> reloaded.
