Add maven support on examples

Some examples of CXF doesn't have the maven pom.xml, we need to add the support
of it.
(1) Hello World sample using JavaScript and E4X Implementations - (js_provider)
(2) Groovy with Spring Support - (groovy_spring_support)
(3) Ruby Script - (ruby_spring_support)
(4) CORBA Bank - (corba\bank)
(5) CORBA Bank with WS-Addressing - (corba\bank_ws_addressing)
(6) CORBA Hello World - (corba\hello_world)
(7) MTOSI Alarm Retrieval (SOAP OVER HTTP) - (e.g., mtosi_1.1\alarm_retrieval)
(8) JCA/JBI integration samples - (integration[jca\jbi]*
