Remove unmaintained integration/JCA examples from CXF build.

The JCA examples have not been updated in nearly 5 years (JBoss) and 4
(WebLogic) and have fallen obsolete. Remove them from the CXF 2.4 and 2.5
branches until someone wants to restore them, Mavenize, and modernize them to
work with the latest App Containers.
