Description:
Attached file should replace the META-INF/spring/osgiservlet.xml file to setup
and register the CXF Servlet/PAX-WEB based http transport. The new version
uses blueprint to setup and register the service instead of Spring-DM. The
result is more reliable startup (no "cannot find namespace handler..." issues)
and less dependencies on spring.
